Who I Am
I started Live Young, Die Old (LYDO) after turning 50 — and realising that aging isn’t the problem, metabolic decline is.
For years I followed the mainstream advice: eat less, move more, cut fat. I did everything “right” and still ended up tired, inflamed, and constantly hungry.
I’ve spent the last decade building businesses around precision, systems, and results — from award-winning cafés to training programs used by top baristas and hospitality professionals. That same discipline now drives how I approach metabolic health: evidence-based, measurable, and built to work in the real world.
Today, I’m an InsulinIQ-certified Metabolic Health Coach, an ICF Member and ACC Candidate, and a Certified Coach. I work with professionals who are tired of confusion and guesswork — helping them restore energy, lower insulin, and rebuild long-term health.
